单层石墨烯产品用于研究石墨烯负载的钯金双金属纳米颗粒界面调控及其ORR性能

    使用先丰的单层石墨烯产品用于研究石墨烯负载的钯金双金属纳米颗粒界面调控及其ORR性能。我们通过简单的两步法,利用硅氢键的还原性,制备了在氧化石墨烯(GO)上均匀负载的Pd-Au双金属纳米颗粒,最佳样的钯金比例为1:1。将最佳样应用于锌-空气电池的阴极催化剂,电池运行的最大功率密度可达276 mW cm2。经过30小时的连续测试,样品仍然保持了原性能的95%以上。此外,我们还分别采用了碳黑、碳纳米管以及先丰纳米的GO作为负载,来探究不同的负载对于催化剂的性能提升作用,实验结果显示GO作为负载的催化剂的催化性能是最强的。在实验过程中,我们尝试将GO制备成RGO 来看对催化性能的影响,实验结果显示,RGO/GO都可以提高催化剂的催化性能。该项工作以Strain engineering for Janus palladium-gold bimetallic nanoparticles: Enhanced electrocatalytic performance for oxygen reduction reaction and zinc-air battery为题于2020.2.26发表在Chemical Engineering Journal(2020即时影响因子为10.652)上。

 

      在实验过程中,除了从先丰纳米的GO,我们也试过其他商家的GO ,但是在实际操作过程中发现,其他商家的GO除了性能提升有限之外,还存在着性能极不稳定,每一批的产品效果都不一样,对于实验产生极大的扰动。相反先丰纳米的产品每一批都性能都比较稳定,可以轻松重复以往的实验,完全不存在较大的实验误差。在此,向江苏先丰纳米材料科技有限公司表示感谢!



工业石墨烯导电1

    石墨烯的每个碳原子均为sp2杂化,并贡献剩余一个p轨道电子形成π键,π电子可以自由移动,赋予石墨烯优异的导电性。石墨烯是目前已知导电性能最出色的材料,常温下石墨烯电子迁移率超过15000cm2/V·s,比碳纳米管或硅晶体还高,而电阻率只约为10-6Ω·cm,比铜或银更低,是世界上电阻率最小的材料。这些优异的性能使石墨烯在高性能电池、超级电容、微纳机电器件及复合材料诸多领域都有潜在应用。
